Swampscott Cultural Council (SCC), in Swampscott, Massachusetts,  is an appointed, all-volunteer, non-profit organization within the Massachusetts Cultural Council.  It is dedicated to encouraging an interest in all forms of art and supporting the community in pursuing facilities and environments where people may pursue the arts. SCC is actively involved with:

*producing and providing grant monies, recognition and outreach programs for people of all ages in Swampscott, MA.

*fostering cooperation among Swampscott artists, arts organizations and businesses;

*advocating for new and better arts facilities.
